The World is Mine!

I have the tendencies to become conceited at some times, being the cat that I am. There's a joke that's been going around amongst animal lovers. It goes:

What is the difference between a dog and a cat?
Answer: The dog says to his owner: you love me, you feed me, you pet me...you must be God. On the other hand, the cat says to his owner: you love me, you feed me, you pet me...I must be God.

Why Thomas is Away from Home

Thomas is our neighbor's pet cat. They just moved in a few weeks ago. Coming as far away as Manila, Thomas now has a permanent house in this nice new suburban village. I can say that it is no ordinary house. It is a mansion. Any cat who would pass by Thomas' home and see Thomas by the stairs at their foyer would say that he is probably a spoiled brat ( or cat ).

Bonding Time

Weekends are really great. My owner is in the house the whole day! So I get to roam around the village with Mok and him. He is either walking with us or he rides the bike. We do that twice on Sundays: in the morning before breakfast and in the late afternoon. How I wish that bike has a basket big enough so Mok and I can ride with him and feel the wind touch our whiskers as we tread up the hilly part of the village. I imagine how going down the hill would scare me.

The times in between breakfast and late afternoon are spent for sleeping. On the master's bed! Lazy Sundays are the best time for my owner to recover from his daily grind of waking up early and returning late from work. So, we go up. Listen to some soothing music on the iPod dock, purr a lot and fall asleep. Sometimes I dream of riding with him in the bike :-) -- Tyler

Dreams

Hi, I'm Mokmok. I'm Tyler's sister. How I got this weird name for a female cat was up to my owner. I could have refused that name during the time our Momma gave birth to me, but then, my owner just loved the name. And so I have learned  to love myself with that name.
